How this works

You don’t create an account, and we don’t ask for your email.
Enter the access code your facilitator gave you, plus your first name and last initial.
Answer 20 short questions. It takes about 15 minutes.
Save or print your results at the end. You won’t be able to sign back in afterwards, but your facilitator can let you take the assessment again if you lose your results.
